Is this a compilation of self-care tips? Is this an instruction manual from an authority on self-care?

No to both. This is the life (or lives) of one person who has had to grin and bear through things in order to find the right moments to self-care. This is also about grinning and bearing through self-caring until I’ve rested into it.

The latter is not to say I’ve never taken care of myself, but it is about the doubts I’ve come across through life’s moments.

Throughout my writing, I may find myself mentioning what has worked and not worked for me. This mentioning is not to suggest that you should be doing what I’m doing.

In essence, this medium exists for me as an act of self-care.
